Paper pattern department

Paper pattern is the first step of production, we have 5 great pattern makers and 3 sample makers with over 8 years experiences.

Design team

We have 2 design teams. Each design team consists of 5 graphic designers and 7 sublimated designers.

Sublimation print department

We imported Japan EPSON high accuracy color inject printer with EPSON original ink. Ensure the printing on fabrics are bright and never fade

Heat transfer department

Our high-end advanced thermal transfer machine can transfer different pattern onto variety of fiber fabric by high temperature treatment.

Laser cutting department

JFR owns 4 large-scale laser cutting machines and bulk production cutting tables to ensure we have the best delivery time among the market
